Energy-Efficient Cooling System: The plant uses an "ice storage-type energy-saving air conditioning system," where ice is produced during off-peak hours using cheaper electricity.The ice is then melted during the day to release cooling energy. This approach helps balance electricity usage, reduces the urban heat island effect, and achieves energy savings and carbon reduction.

LED LightingThe entire plant is equipped with LED lighting, which reduces electricity consumption and minimizes energy waste.
Solar PowerThe plant is fitted with solar panels, generating approximately 2.8 MW of electricity, which contributes to energy savings and carbon reduction by harnessing green energy.
In the first-floor processing area, water curtain workstations are installed to absorb copper dust generated during the processing, reducing the risk of harmful substances being inhaled by workers. This also helps reduce the need for air conditioning. The water used in the system is recycled, helping to conserve water resources.
Copper Slag RecyclingThe plant utizes a rotary drum to separate copper slag and other waste metals. The recovery rate for secondary copper smelting material is 25 ~ 30%, with a 100% reuse rate for the materials.
Packaging MaterialsInstead of using wooden boxes for exports, the plant primarily uses reusable iron storage baskets, promoting a 100% recycling rate.
